Yes, I offer telehealth services. Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs and circumstances, ensuring that therapy is effective and personalized. However, not all clients may be appropriate candidates for telehealth, as suitability can depend on factors such as age, presenting concerns, and the type of therapy being provided.
I work with each family or client to determine whether in-person or virtual sessions are the best fit.

The length of counseling varies based on your individual goals, needs, and level of engagement in the process. Progress looks different for everyone and may include increased insight, improved coping skills, emotional regulation, or changes in behavior and relationships. We will regularly reflect on your goals and assess progress together throughout your sessions to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

All services are fully HIPAA compliant. Information shared in sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where legally required. Minors also have a right to confidentiality in therapy. While parent involvement can be beneficial and is encouraged when appropriate, it is not always the most effective approach. Adolescents deserve the same respect, autonomy, and safe space to express their experiences as adults do.
