However, not all clients may be appropriate candidates for telehealth, as suitability can depend on factors such as age, presenting concerns, and the type of therapy being provided.

Each client is collaboratively supported in determining whether in-person or virtual sessions are the best fit for their needs and preferences.

  • For your first session, it can be helpful to reflect on what you’d like to focus on in therapy, any current challenges you’re experiencing, and what goals you hope to work toward. No-Show

    No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled session without prior, timely notice, regardless of whether the therapist sends a courtesy check-in, as it disrupts the schedule and limits our ability to serve other clients.

    Late Arrival

If you are running late, text your therapist as soon as possible. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply.

    Cancellation Window

To avoid a late cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time.

This policy ensures that your therapist can reserve time specifically for you and maintain availability for all clients.

  • The length of counseling varies based on your individual goals, needs, and level of engagement in the process. Progress looks different for everyone and may include increased insight, improved coping skills, emotional regulation, or changes in behavior and relationships. We will regularly reflect on your goals and assess progress together throughout your sessions to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

  • All services are fully HIPAA compliant. Information shared in sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where legally required.
