I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, women, and couples. I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, coping skills difficulties, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, peer and relationship conflicts, school-related concerns, communication challenges, stress management, ADHD, and boundary-setting. I also offer specialized couples therapy to support partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger, healthier relationships.
